Core Information
What is I LEAD Equipping Ministries?
I LEAD Equipping Ministries is a Christian discipleship training (outreach) organization dedicated to cultivating Christlike thinking skills that transform lives. Our leadership development initiative includes seminars, retreats, books, and Christian Life Coaching, equipping individuals, churches, and communities with mature Christlike leadership skills. Our mission is to cultivate, strengthen, and train the next generation of Christlike leaders.

What do the I LEAD events focus on?
I LEAD events provide a journey into understanding how “root source thinking” shapes our habits, communication, behaviors, and relationships. Through our books, trainings, and coaching, participants gain biblically grounded, evidence-based strategies to overcome fears, achieve goals, and experience Christlike transformation by renewing their minds—leading to greater freedom and ability to fulfill God’s calling to serve Him and others. Ephesians 4:12
What types of training events does I LEAD offer?
I LEAD offers interactive one-day training seminars and immersive retreats at Affiliate Host Sites.
Seminars focus on Christlike thinking and leadership, engaging participants through presentations, case discussions, small group activities, practical exercises, and real-world scenarios.
Retreats span Friday evening and all-day Saturday, providing a deeper experience that integrates Christlike thinking with personal, marriage, family, or discipleship leadership development.
Both formats include practical equipping, I LEAD teaching, reflection, and team-building activities to foster meaningful growth.

What do participants gain from I LEAD events?
Attendees strengthen their personal walk with Christ while developing leadership skills rooted in spiritual maturity, emotional development, and godly integrity. They learn how to multiply their influence without burnout and gain tools to build a culture of growth and discipleship within their ministry.

Hosting Requirements
What are the criteria for being a host site?
I LEAD partners with faith-led churches and organizations to host transformative leadership events. To qualify, an affiliate host site should align with I LEAD’s mission and values, provide a suitable venue, have leadership support, and be able to promote the event and recruit volunteers. Basic AV capabilities and a designated I LEAD church staff member serving as the I LEAD point leader help ensure a smooth experience.
We work closely with host sites to provide guidance on facilities, logistics, and volunteer coordination, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
We ask for a minimum of 55 paid attendees for each seminar. We warmly invite churches and non-profit organizations to partner with one another for these wonderful seminars, which can enhance the experience for everyone involved.
For additional details, see the I LEAD STRATEGIC OVERVIEW Sheet and HOST SITE OVERVIEW Sheet.
